Softlink Options launches a client support site for Booibooi
As part of our endeavours to continue supporting our customers who's websites are running on the Booibooi cms we have launched a support site. Customers can simply logon to the support site and open a ticket. This enables them to type out there query. It comes with a tracking feature thus enabling the customer to track the query and eventually when the query is responded to they get an email response. Benefits of a support facility. 1. Since queries go to a central database any support assistant can respond as opposed when the respective sales assistant are required to respond and at times are out in the field for long hours. 2. It will help us keep a record of the queries and in due course make changes to Booibooi cms thus making it user-friendlier. 3. Shorten the time it takes to respond to a customer. |
