Quick Payroll:

Our software has a simple, easy to use interface. The software allows the payroll personnel to calculate net pay from gross pay through the automatic deductions made on PAYE, NHIF, NSSF and other deductions such as loans and mortgages. Once the payroll for the month has been done, then one can back up the data externally to the C-Drive. Further, it generates more than 10 different reports on command for transactions done. In fact information can even be exported to an excel sheet.

Desk Top Virtualization:

Desk top virtualization is the process of allowing CPU machines to be optimized fully by having it being connected to two or more monitors that work as independent workstations but with a central point of data collection. At Softlink Options we offer two products namely SoftXpand and Net Point.

Softxpand: This is a software which allows for 1 CPU to be shared by up to 8 monitors. This is so by installing the software on to the machine, and then using VGA Cards or VGA extension cables for the several monitors to be connected to the machine.

Net Point-Zero Client: is a hardware device that creates user accounts on the Windows Operating System. These user accounts are then used remotely by up to 40 monitors using that same machine.

These two products thus assist in savings of other software purchases that would otherwise have been used for the 40 machines. What’s more electricity costs are lowered because of the fewer CPU machines in use. It is ideal for IT labs, Call Centers, Banks, MFIs, Sacco’s and other offices whose machines are interconnected at a central place.
